Creatively prepared and artistically arranged dishes are made with traditional Peruvian ingredients and include a selection of seafood, grilled beef, filet mignon, lamb, pork, poultry and vegetarian dishes as well as a variety of cebiches, the national dish of Peru. Bringing a the taste of the sea to the table, fresh cebiches are briefly marinated in a citrus base of leche de tigre and prepared with tuna, octopus, calamari, mussels and other fresh fish. Decadent dessert choices range from tres leches pudding with whipped cream and flan with caramel sauce to vanilla bean panna cotta and house-made churros filled with dulce de leche.
